Chaplaincy

Rev’d Kristian Hewett is our full-time chaplain with the homeless community.

Kristian spends large parts of his week listening to, supporting and being with people who are experiencing homelessness or are at risk of homelessness. He is a regular presence at Wintercomfort, Jimmy’s, Crossways, local foodbanks and out and about on the streets of Cambridge

Kristian is frequently invited to preach at local churches about his chaplaincy role and the work of CCHP. He also conducts baptisms, weddings, funerals or other services of worship for people connected to the street life and homeless community.
